Beautiful finca with views of the Tramuntana in Llubi
This beautiful finca originally dates back to 1900 and was extensively renovated in 2011. Many elements from Bali and Morocco were used, giving the finca its unique charm.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and open-plan living-dining area with adjoining kitchen, a bedroom and a large Moroccan-style bathroom. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. The finca also has a separate guest area with a bedroom and bathroom en suite. The outdoor area with a large pool and fantastic views of the Tramuntana mountains has a Mediterranean design and offers many dreamy spots - simply a finca to make you feel at home.
The finca is equipped with gas underfloor heating, hot/cold air conditioning in the bedrooms, fireplace, solar system, own well, outdoor shower, laundry room and storage rooms.
